What does Toyota Camry's popular sedan have to compete with Mazda 6 or Honda Accord?
2018 Toyota Camry is the eighth generation from its first introduced, it has since sold over 19 million units. It underwent a full model change and has been re-engineered under Toyota’s New Global Architecture (TNGA).
Significant changes from the old version include a lower center of gravity and a more modern exterior design, which is called "sensual smart confidence" by its chief designer Akira Kubota. The two-piece grille is wider and placed lower than before. It is also highlighted by 18-inch alloy wheels.

The 2018 version has a sporty and dynamic design. Also it has plenty of cabin and cargo space, and a strong fuel economy from four-cylinder engine.
To move in the city, the 2018 version takes only 10.1 liters for 100km, while in highways and combined roads it consumes 6.3 and 7.2 liters. Thus, this high-end 4-seater model can save more fuel than rival Honda Accord, which consumes 6.5 liters in highways and 7.8 liters in combined roads.

Comparing directly with two sedans: Honda Accord or Mazda 6, it is clear that the trio from Toyota is still more expensive than about ₱ 200,000 respectively for each version, but with the reputation built over the past two decades, the Camry is still always a top choice.
